Part yoga class, part birth education, part inner work session.
We will explore yoga poses for the pregnant and non-pregnant body, breathing practices for mental and physical regulation, supportive postures for labor, and coping strategies for both individuals.
You will have the opportunity to reconnect to yourselves as individuals as well as partners, couples, or pregnancy support people. This is a unique way to find grounding and spend time with your partner or birth support person during your pregnancy journey.

Prenatal Yoga supports:
Breath connection: Nervous system regulation, coping strategies for labor, connection to self and baby(ies)
Pelvic floor balance: Relaxation, strengthening, stability
Hip and pelvis movement: Optimal positions for labor stages and birth, creating openness throughout the whole body
Space to understand your own internal language to foster deep trust and intuition

Single Class

Practicing on the regular is the way you feel best in your body and mind. The membership option is for you!

Postnatal Yoga
Once you’ve taken time to rest and heal from your birth join me for group or private movement support. I give individualized support for a wide range of postnatal issues.
If you are planning, or already working with, a pelvic floor physical therapist this is a great way to stay motivated and focused on healing and stabilizing your mind, body, and spirit.

Yoga strap (long), resistance band, or belt
2 yoga blocks
Blanket or towel to cushion the knees.
Yoga bolster or sturdy pillows from your home. This is especially helpful for the second half of pregnancy. And it’d useful outside of yoga!
Yoga mat or exercise mat (stable and not too soft)
