Yes, I am a certified Full Spectrum Doula meaning I am certified to support clients in all phases of reproduction: fertility, pregnancy/birth, postpartum, pregnancy release, and miscarriage. I am also a death doula.
-
By definition, a doula does not perform any medical interventions. A doula is there to support you, make you feel secure, and to empower you and your birth partner. All medical procedures are deployed by medical professionals.
-
I support most births. Included are:
Home births
Hospital births
VBAC
Planned C Sections
I do not support planned free births.
-
Some insurances and employer programs cover doula services. Check with you insurance and employer to see if you are able to access these benefits.

There’s no clear cut answer to this. But because doula calendars book up in advance it’s best to hire a doula by 25-30. This ensures enough time for two prenatal visits.
That said, last minute clients are always welcome providing space is available!

To keep my clients and their families safe, I practice in a fully vaccinated capacity. I receive boosters and seasonal vaccinations as needed.
